Blue & Gold ready for another tough, physical encounter with Wasps as 2021 Vitality Superleague continues on Monday

Team Bath Netball continue their 2021 Vitality Superleague season tonight (Monday) when they take on Wasps in a match being shown live on Sky Sports Mix and Sky Sports YouTube (centre-pass 7.15pm).

The two clubs have enjoyed some epic battles since Wasps first joined the Superleague in 2017, with last year’s game at the same stage of the season – round three – being a thriller as the Blue & Gold rallied from 32-27 down at half-time to win 63-51 in what proved to be Team Bath’s last match of 2020.

Anna Stembridge, Team Bath Superleague Head Coach, is expecting another cracking contest, saying: “It’s going to be a really tough game tonight, Wasps have such a wealth of experience right across their squad.

“I think it will be very physical and I think they are going to be smart in attack but we have done our homework and have had a really good training week.”
