Team Bath Netball have a proud history of developing young netballers into Super League and international players.
Supporting the foundations of our Player Pathway is our Athlete Development Programme, made up of 10 Athlete Development Centres (ADCs) that run across the South West of England. They allow more than 200 aspiring netballers – aged from 14 to 17 – to benefit from top-class coaching plus lifestyle and sports science support.
Natalie Roddy is the Academy Head Coach with overall responsibility for the Development Programme. The programme is then delivered at each of the centres by a network of talented regionally-based coaches, carefully recruited by Team Bath Netball.
Respected wealth management firm Brooks Macdonald is the official partner of the Athlete Development Centre programme.

The institutions listed below are officially recognised as our Athlete Development Centre host sites. They have committed to support the delivery of our Athlete Development programme and are helping us to provide access to elite training environments and opportunities to nearly 200 young aspiring netballers.

Team Bath Athlete Development Centres form the foundation of Team Bath’s athlete development programme and are not part of the new England Netball Player Pathway Programme. All successful Under-15 athletes for the Team Bath Athlete Development Centres can only play in the National School Games Finals provided they are selected into the County Player Development Programme or Team Bath’s Under-17 Academy.
