VOTE: Blue & Gold star Sophie Drakeford-Lewis on shortlist for 2019 Vitality Superleague Player of the Season

A stellar season for Sophie Drakeford-Lewis has earned the Team Bath Netball attacking star a nomination for the 2019 Vitality Superleague Player of the Year.

Drakeford-Lewis – who combines her sport with studying Integrated Mechanical & Electrical Engineering at the University of Bath, where she is supported by a Bill Whiteley Sports Scholarship – has enhanced her reputation as one of the country’s most exciting prospects during a campaign of tremendous consistency.

One player from each franchise has been shortlisted for the national award and voting is now open on the Sky Sports Netball website.
