Fab February earns Tash Pavelin the first Rengen Player of the Month Award of Blue & Gold’s 2021 Vitality Netball Superleague season

Defender Tash Pavelin has capped an excellent start to her 2021 Vitality Superleague season by being named as Team Bath Netball’s Rengen Player of the Month for February.

She is the first winner of the monthly award which is provided by Rengen, one of the Blue & Gold’s backers and overall sponsor for Team Bath.

University of Bath Natural Sciences graduate Pavelin started all three of Team Bath’s Superleague matches in February at goal-defence and caught the eye with a host of turnovers and interceptions, picking up where she left off following her breakthrough performances during the 2020 season.

Coaches Anna Stembridge, Jo Vann and Natalie Roddy – who are selecting the award winner each month during the season – praised Pavelin’s outstanding on-court performances but also her subtler contributions to the team effort and upholding the Blue & Gold’s values.
