Team Bath Netball welcomes Brooks Macdonald as official ADC partner and celebrates regional talent at annual tournament
Team Bath Netball is delighted to announce Brooks Macdonald as the new official partner of the Athlete Development Centre (ADC) programme — a key part of the club’s talent pathway.
The partnership was launched in fitting style at the 2025 ADC Tournament, held at the Team Bath Sports Training Village, where 18 teams from the 10 ADC hubs — based in Truro, Tavistock, Exeter, Glastonbury, Blandford, Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Gloucester and Salisbury — came together for an inspiring day of competition. More than 200 players took to the court, showcasing the skill, teamwork and passion that define the next generation of Team Bath talent.
Since its launch in 2017, the ADC programme has played a vital role in developing young athletes by providing expert coaching, strength & conditioning, and competitive match-play opportunities. With more than 220 players currently across the 10 hubs, the ADC network ensures that talent is supported and nurtured wherever it emerges across the South West.

The new partnership with Brooks Macdonald, a respected wealth management firm, marks an exciting new chapter for both organisations. Brooks Macdonald have been a trusted partner for financial advisers and individuals for over 30 years, providing a comprehensive range of innovative investment solutions to help their clients look after what matters most to them such as their families, their businesses or themselves. Sharing values of long-term growth, thoughtful investment and commitment to excellence, Brooks Macdonald’s support will further strengthen the ADC programme and its impact on young athletes’ development. Their branding will proudly feature on ADC training vests and coaching t-shirts.

Andrew Lewis, Senior Investment Director at Brooks Macdonald, said: “As someone with a sporting background, I’ve seen first-hand the positive impact that structured development and support can have on young athletes. That’s why I’m particularly proud of Brooks Macdonald’s partnership with Team Bath Netball and the Athlete Development Centre programme. It’s a fantastic initiative that mirrors our own values – investing in potential, fostering growth, and striving for excellence.”
Team Bath Netball Pathway Head Coach Natalie Roddy said: “It was brilliant to see so many talented players from across the region come together for this year’s ADC tournament. Launching our new partnership with Brooks Macdonald at such a vibrant event felt like the perfect way to celebrate the strength and unity of our pathway.”
Team Bath Netball thanks Brooks Macdonald for their commitment and looks forward to working together to continue building on the success of the ADCs and the wider Team Bath talent pathway.
