Blue & Gold back to defend their title as British Fast5 Netball All-Stars Championship returns this summer

Team Bath Netball will be back to defend their Fast5 Netball All-Stars Championship title when the tournament returns to London’s Copper Box Arena at the end of the 2023 Super League season.

The Blue & Gold won the competition for the first time when it was last staged in October 2021, beating Saracens Mavericks 23-17 in the final.

Kirsty Harris was part of the victorious squad and said: “Winning Fast5 in 2021 was a brilliant experience, especially with it being the first time Team Bath had won the competition. We’ve had to wait a while to defend our trophy but we’re looking forward to it. Fast5 is always such a fun event for players and spectators.”

This year’s tournament will take place on Friday 16th June, less than a week after the conclusion of the Super League season, and will also feature Mavericks, Surrey Storm, Manchester Thunder, Leeds Rhinos, London Pulse, Severn Stars and Strathclyde Sirens.

The eight sides will battle it out for a slice of the £100,000 prize fund over five action-packed hours beginning with the first centre pass at 5.30pm with the final set to conclude at 10.30pm.

Featuring 12-minute matches, an all-star 5-point line and a Golden Buzzer Power Play, it promises to be an all-action evening of non-stop, pulsating netball.

Tickets are on sale now priced from £10. Click here to purchase.
