Team Bath Netball head to Loughborough Lightning as Vitality Superleague play-off push continues in front of Sky Sports cameras

Team Bath Netball head to second-placed Loughborough Lightning today as the race for the 2022 Vitality Superleague play-off places continues.

The Haines Watts-sponsored Blue & Gold go into Monday’s match still holding a narrow three-point advantage over fifth-placed Saracens Mavericks following their 57-50 defeat at Strathclyde Sirens on Sunday.

Defending champions Lightning have already secured a top-two finish and a home semi-final having lost just once this season, to table-topping Manchester Thunder.

An enthralling reverse fixture at the Team Bath Arena in March saw the Blue & Gold lead going into the final quarter before Lightning produced a ruthless late surge to take a 53-44 victory.

Tonight’s match is being shown live on Sky Sports Arena and Mix from 5pm, with centre-pass at 5.30pm.
