Wins all round as Team Bath Netball U21s, U19s and U17s record impressive results ahead of NPL season finale in Nottingham

Team Bath Netball’s U21s and U19s go into this weekend’s season finale in Nottingham on the back of successive wins in their respective NPL competitions.

The U21s, coached by Academy Head Coach Natalie Roddy and Superleague player Anya Le Monnier, moved up to third in the table with an impressive 71-29 away win against the North East.

Team Bath’s U19s, coached by Kara Gonzalez and Holly Duerden, also won 61-39 in Durham to climb to fifth in their league standings.

Both matches were played in front of big crowds, with Roddy saying: “North East put on a great Arena event with over 300 spectators. The players had the opportunity to experience a Superleague-style event which they embraced.”

With both teams having beaten Wasps on their previous outings, they are looking to end the season on a positive note when they face London Pulse at the David Ross Sports Village in Nottingham on Saturday. Both matches get under way at 11.45am.

Team Bath’s U17s were also involved in an excellent game last weekend as they edged out Saracens Mavericks 52-51 in Hertfordshire.
