New faces join senior internationals and returning fan favourites in revitalised Team Bath Netball squad for 2027 NXT Gen League
A host of exciting new faces have been revealed alongside senior internationals and returning stars in a revitalised and reinvigorated Team Bath Netball squad for the 2027 NXT Gen League season.
It will be a first experience of NXT Gen in the Blue & Gold for eight members of the 18-strong squad, who have earned their selection after impressing during an intensive trials process.
Among the new faces is Chloe Carchrie, a mid-court dynamo from Weston-super-Mare who has Super League experience with Severn Stars and has played internationally for both England, at U19 level, and Scotland A. She has recently been named in the Gibraltar Netball Performance Squad for the 2026-27 season.
Former Team Bath U21 NPL shooter Mikayla Horton returns to the Blue & Gold and is ready to make her mark alongside six emerging talents aged 20 or under – defender Alice Clark, mid-courters Ella Bloomfield-Bowmaker and Brogan Bostock, and attacking trio Neve Marsden, Ella Newton-Smith and Coco Williams.
Daisy Collett, Ellen Morgan, Sienna Rutherford, Poppy Tydeman and 2026 NXT Gen Player of the Season Daisy Harrison are all selected for a third successive campaign, while Lowri Windsor – who, like Morgan and Tydeman, is a Welsh Feathers international – returns for a second season alongside Millie Burns, Daniella Carr and Sydney Sawyers.
Defender Orla Farrelly, who made several impressive NXT Gen appearances as injury cover during 2026, is promoted to the full squad for the 2027 season, which begins with a home match against AO Thunder on Saturday 13th February (3pm centre-pass). Click here to see the full fixture list.
Leading the squad for a third year are joint head coaches Natalie Roddy and Anya Le Monnier.

Harrison, who was voted as the league’s standout player last season, said: “I’m really looking forward to this season with a new group of girls, which is really exciting. I’ve been with Team Bath since I was about 13, I’ve worn these colours throughout my career and I know about our culture so hopefully I can be a role model for the new players and help them on their journey.”
Wing-defence Tydeman, who competed at Glasgow 2026 this summer, added: “I remember how it felt when I first joined the Team Bath pathway six years ago as a University of Bath fresher. Now I’m one of the more experienced players, with a Commonwealth Games under my belt, and there’s a lot I can pass on to the younger ones coming in. I’m excited to start building those new connections.”
Fellow Wales star Windsor, aged 19, was one of last season’s success stories for Team Bath, seizing her opportunity in the second half of the campaign to become a regular starter at wing-attack. The young star’s form caught the eye of Welsh selectors, with Windsor subsequently making her Welsh Feathers debut at the Commonwealth Games this summer.
“We didn’t get the results we particularly wanted last season but I feel we learnt a lot and it really motivates us to be better this time round,” said the University of Bath student. “There is so much talent coming through and I’m excited to see what we can bring.”
Mid-courter Rutherford missed last season through injury, as did defender Burns, but both have fully committed to their rehabilitation journey and cannot wait to get back on court.
“I’m finally in the dress again after a long rehab journey and I am super excited to be back,” said Rutherford. “As an athlete, being injured is your worst nightmare but I was so unbelievably grateful to have the support of my coaches, physios and team-mates around me, they literally picked me up.
“I can’t wait to play in front of the Team Bath crowd again, they are so special. After every rehab session I would imagine running out on court, with the fire coming up and our song playing, then hearing all the fans cheering. There’s no atmosphere like it and the fans bring so much energy.”
Tickets for all eight matches at the Team Bath Arena are now on sale and anticipation for the new campaign is building, with more season tickets already being purchased than for the 2026 season.
The cost of a season ticket has been frozen at 2026 prices – £119 or £140 for adults and £84 or £98 concessions. Tickets for individual matches start at £17.50 per fixture for adults and £12.50 concessions. Buy online at netball.teambath.com/tickets.
Team Bath Netball’s NXT Gen programme is supported by Bath Recreation Limited, Rengen Developments and Bath Building Society, while Flyhawk supply Team Bath Netball’s performance clothing and off-court apparel.
