VIDEO: Dragons are tamed as Blue & Gold end 2026 NXT Gen League home campaign on a winning high

Team Bath Netball finished their 2026 NXT Gen League home campaign in fine style as they beat LexisNexis Dragons 58-52 in front of a big and appreciative crowd.

On an afternoon when netball across the South West of England was celebrated through the on-court presentation of end-of-season awards, the Blue & Gold’s senior team lived up to the occasion by producing one of their best performances of the year.

An entertaining first half ended with Team Bath leading their Cardiff-based opponents 28-24 and they went on to make a decisive break during an excellent third quarter, stretching their advantage to 48-38.

Dragons edged the final quarter 14-10 but Team Bath, inspired by a Most Valuable Player performance from Lottie Robinson, were full value for their third home victory of the season in a match sponsored by Bechtle.

The Blue & Gold will conclude their 2026 campaign with two visits to the East Midlands, where they will face second-placed Loughborough Lightning on Saturday 23rd May (2.30pm) and Nottingham Forest on Sunday 31st May (3pm).

Team Bath Netball are supported by Bath Building Society and Rengen Developments, who are both overall Team Bath Partners, and Bath Recreation LimitedFlyhawk supply Team Bath Netball’s performance clothing and off-court apparel.
