Coaching
Team Bath Netball is dedicated to supporting and developing coaches, both within the Blue and Gold pathway and at clubs and schools right across the South West of England. We do that by providing the following packages:
Perform
A programme of coach education for all coaches working within the Team Bath Netball Programme – Hubs, Academies, NPL teams and the High Performance Programme. It aims to provide a platform for discussion and progression that will ultimately lead to the best pathway for athlete development.
Aspire
A programme of coach education for all coaches working with national premier and regional teams, premier county teams and school teams with aspirations to compete on a regional and national level. It will cover a wide range of topics to take your athletes to the next level.
As well as five creative and challenging workshops covering different aspects of the game on and off the court (each supported by a handy resource pack), the Aspire package also includes
- Exclusive behind-the-scenes access to observe a Team Bath Superleague training session;
- An opportunity to meet and greet Superleague players,
- Free entry to a Team Bath Netball Superleague home match of your choice.
Inspire
This is a new programme of coach education to inspire future coaches and is directed at brand-new coaches, specifically students. The Inspire programme includes six creative and challenging workshops, covering different aspects of netball on and off the court.

Team Bath Netball Hub night CPD
Each of our four Hub locations – Bristol, Cornwall, Dorset and Exeter – hosts a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) night to educate local club and county coaches on the current themes in the Futures Pathway.

School holiday camps – Play The Team Bath Way
Team Bath Netball run netball camps for all abilities over the school holidays, hosted by members of our Superleague squad. All cover the following aspects:
- Technical skills in attack and defence;
- Unit work in attack and defence;
- Ball and movement skills;
- Gameplay situations;
- Strength and conditioning;
- Q&A with Superleague player.

Coaching packages – Learn the Team Bath Way
Train or play on the home venue of Team Bath Netball Superleague at the University of Bath Sports Training Village or we can send a coach to you!
Our team of expert coaches can deliver a session based on what you would like to work on. Whether it is attack, defence, shooting or polishing up your passing and movement skills, our coaches can tailor the session to your needs.

Player appearances
