Team Bath trio named in England squad for Europe Open

A trio of Team Bath netballers have been named in the England squad to compete at the Netball Europe Open Championships later this month.

Samantha Cook, Shaunagh Craig and Yasmin Parsons all feature in the 12-strong squad for the championships, which take place in Aberdeen from 31 May through to 2 June. The talented trio all feature in Team Bath’s 2013 Superleague squad.

With the World Youth Championships taking place in Glasgow in August, England have given a raft of young players the opportunity to play in a major tournament.

England play Wales in the Europe Open Championships on 31 May, Scotland on 1 June and Northern Ireland on 2 June.
