Guthrie, Allison and Francis look set for return as 2013 Superleague tickets go on sale

Team Bath netball fans can start to snap up tickets to watch their favourite team in action in the new Superleague campaign.

Tickets have now gone on sale today for Team Bath’s first home fixtures in the 2013 Superleague

The 2013 Superleague team is due to be announced at the beginning of December, but the team have already received a boost with news that England international Pamela Cookey is returning to play for the team next season.

Serena GuthrieNow former Superleague champions and England players Serena Guthrie, Rosie Allison and Stacey Francis also look set to return to the side this year.

Team Bath has included early bird offers for phase one ticket bundles bought before the end of this year and for the first time Team Bath are also offering family tickets to home games.

The University of Bath-based franchise remains the most successful team in Superleague history, winning four of the seven campaigns since the introduction of the competition in 2006.

Head coach Jess Garland said: “Our phase one home games will be really important to us as we try to get our 2013 campaign off to a strong start.

“We’ve always said we have the best supporters in the country – they always give us a real lift on court. We hope they’ll book early and be ready to cheer us on when our campaign gets underway.”

The 2013 Superleague season will again follow the same format as last season, with team’s battling it out in a round-robin phase one to secure a place in phase two and the end of season play-offs.

Superleague - Rosie AllisonTeam Bath’s phase one fixtures kick-off when the team host Celtic Dragons at the Sports Training Village on Thursday 7 February.

They face Loughborough Lightning at home on Friday 1 March and then Team Northumbria on 8 March. Team Bath’s full phase one fixture list can be found below.

Tickets for Team Bath’s home phase one games are available now through Ticketline or by phone on 0844 8884412.

Individual phase one tickets are priced at £8 for adults and £6 for concessions. However, you can buy tickets for all three phase one home games for just £20 for adults and £14 for concessions if you buy them before 31 December.

And for the first time Team Bath is offering a family ticket to games. Just £22 gets two adults and two children or one adult and three children in to see Team Bath tackle one of their Superleague opponents.

Saturday 16 February – 6pm: Northern Thunder v Team Bath at the Thunderdome

Saturday 23 February – 7pm: Surrey Storm v Team Bath at Surrey Sports Park

Friday 1 March – 8pm: Team Bath v Loughborough Lightning at the Sports Training Village

Friday 8 March – 8pm: Team Bath v Team Northumbria at the Sports Training Village

Friday 15 March – 8pm: Yorkshire Jets v Team Bath at Leeds Met University
