Do you have what it takes to play netball for Team Bath?
Team Bath netball’s 2011/12 trials are about to begin and this year will include two match-play trials against a Scottish line-up.
Players hoping to make the prestigious squad with four-times Superleague champions, Bath, will need to be on court next Monday (10 October) at the University of Bath Sports Training Village for an initial two-hour training session and open trial from 19.30-21.30.
The coaching staff will then keep a watchful eye on would-be recruits when Team Bath go through their match-play paces against Scotland on Monday 17 and Wednesday 19 of October from 19.00 – 21.30.
Those who hope to make the final cut will then take on two, two-hour Final Trials sessions on Monday 24 and Wednesday 26 October from 19.30-21.30.
“We always seek to make our trials process as open as possible and this year is no exception”, said coach Jess Garland.
Those currently on England duty in New Zealand and Australia (where England’s starting seven In their World Series defeat to New Zealand earlier this week featured five either current or former Team Bath players) are exempt.
